"Tell Me" was the second single to be released from the then forthcoming album "Hot". This single was very well promoted and had a good video, as a result of this, when released on 25th September 2000, the single went to #4 in the UK chart, with about 40,000 sales in its first week. There was a lot of controversy about the song, with strong lyrics such as "and all you loved was Mel B's money", obviously directed at ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar. Overall, "Tell Me" sold a very respectable 106,500 copies, and was the 158th best seller of 2000.
