Melanie B - Lullaby

"Lullaby" was the fourth and last single to be released from "Hot". This single was promoted adequately and had a nice video featuring Melanie B's daughter Phoenix Chi. When it was released on 4th June 2001, it reached #13, and then fell down the chart very quickly, only staying in the Top 40 for two weeks. "Lullaby" was seen as a make or break single for Melanie B. If "Lullaby" was a success, then "Hotter" (a planned release) would have been released and set Melanie's career in good stead. "Lullaby" sold over 38,200 copies in the UK.
